Who are we?
Fire and Fragrance Halifax is part of a global missions movement dedicated to fueling a generation with deep devotion to Jesus and a passion for the Great Commission. Grounded in a culture of worship and prayer, we exist to see young people awakened to their calling and equipped as pioneers to reach the nations. By establishing a presence-centered community in this strategic "port city," we aim to spark a spiritual awakening that flows from Halifax to the ends of the earth, contending for the transformation of lives and the advancement of God's kingdom in our time.
Why HALIFAX?
Halifax is Canada’s "Atlantic Gateway," a point of entry that has welcomed people from around the world for generations. With its deep, ice-free harbor and status as a major international hub, we believe Halifax is a perfect "port city" for the gospel because it serves as a natural crossroads where diverse cultures and communities meet. Just as ships carry cargo to and from our shores, we see this city as a place to anchor the message of Jesus locally and share it globally. In Halifax, the world is at our doorstep, providing a unique opportunity to see lives transformed and sent out to the nations.
What defines the FF movement?
Devotion to Jesus: Prayer, worship and a life in the Bible are central to everything we do.
We are focused on building Jesus-centered youth movements.
Our goal is to share Jesus with the least reached people on earth.
Historic revivals inspire our faith and we believe God wants to meet and transform this generation.
